Return Policy

If for some reason you are not loving your new piece(s), we will happily exchange or provide a store credit within 14 days of online or in-store  purchase of your item(s).

Our credit's will not expire and can be used both online and in-store. As soon as the returned item gets to us we will send you your store credit information.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, a receipt or proof of purchase must by provided and your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached and all pieces attached (if applicable). 

ALL SALE items are FINAL SALE.

Please email us at adming@hometownbag.com with your concerns prior to returning any merchandise. We will provide you with the information you need to return/exchange your items.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

162 Main Street South, Mount Forest ON N0G 2L0

OR

bring it in person to our brick + mortar location. (Always the best option)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. It is highly recommended that tracking and insurance is purchased for your item being returned. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If we don't receive items due those causes, no store credits or exchanges will be granted. 

Once your return has been received and inspected your return/credit will be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your credit.
